Just a couple last minute shots from me today...
The weather was nice today. It's about time. This has been a cold winter in Texas. I'm not a real fan of the cold. The first couple days that it was really cold & it snowed...that was fun. The billionth day of cold weather...not so fun. And, yes, I realize many of you deal with MUCH colder weather than this for a MUCH longer period of time, but I still feel the need to whine about it a bit.
Anyway, like I said, nice day today. I think it was in the mid seventies, although I'm definitely no good at guessing the temperature. I gauge the weather on whether or not I can wear flip flops. Today was flip flop weather, and that makes me happy. :-)
So, as we're getting ready to head out the door this afternoon, I looked out my back door and saw that the light looked pretty nice. I conned Emma into going out with me just for a couple minutes & snapped these two shots in a hurry. I thought they came out okay. I can't WAIT for the grass to turn green! This will be my first spring/summer that I've REALLY understood photography & natural light enough to have lots of fun!

Ooo, the light behind her hair really adds to the fell of this photo! I love it! I love her expressions, she's going to be a heartbreaker!
These are beautiful! I love #2 and her expression. Great capture!
Nice shots! The lighting is great.
I gauge the weather on flip-flops too. If I'll get snow between my toes, I don't wear them! But seriously, I love my flip-flops and my Crocs, and it can be only slightly above freezing and I'll wear them!
I LOVE the color your camera produces! You should be winning awards for these! Fantastic composition and I'm totally jealous that she will hold still long enough for you to snap away....I love the expressions you get..they are great!
